Foxican Terms of Use
These basic terms are for your marketplace launch. You can later ask a lawyer to formalize them for your final domain and operating country.
1. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of all listings, prices, photos, descriptions and contact details posted on Foxican.
2. Marketplace Role
Foxican is a listing platform connecting buyers and sellers. Foxican is not automatically a party to the transaction between users.
3. Prohibited Listings
Users must not post illegal goods, fake products, stolen items, misleading claims, offensive material or unsafe listings.
4. Admin Moderation
Foxican admin may approve, reject, remove, feature or block listings/accounts to protect marketplace quality.
5. Payments & Deals
Buyers and sellers complete deals at their own risk. Verify product, seller and payment before closing a transaction.
6. Updates
Foxican may update terms, safety rules and marketplace policies as the platform grows.
